Omelette Tempe

Ingredients:
  • 150 Tempe, puree
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 3 red onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • ½ onion, chopped.

Method:
  1. Beat eggs add salt and pepper. Enter the onions and stir well.
  2. Heat the butter, saute onion, garlic, red pepper, and tempeh until wilted, remove, insert it into the egg mixture.
  3. Heat the cooking oil, pour the egg mixture, make the pancakes, cook until done.
  4. Ready to serve.
