Ingredients:
- A tail (900 g) red snapper, just grab the meat (fillet)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 150 g flour seasoning (ready to eat)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onion
Ingredients for Mango Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter for sauteing
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cm ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 mango, clean and blender
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cut into pieces the size of 3x3 cm snapper.
- Sprinkle lemon juice (wait up to 10 minutes).
- Dip fish pieces into the egg.
- Cover with all-purpose flour until blended.
- Fry fish until golden brown until cooked. drain.
- Heat butter, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add water, mango juice, stir until boiling.
- Enter the seasoning, bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Serve fish with Mango Sauce.
