Cream Biscuits

Ingredients:
  • 250 g self raising flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of liquid milk
Contents:
  • 100 gr whipped cream whippy
  • 100 g strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 50 grams of refined sugar for sprinkling

How to Make:
  1. Enter the flour in a container, add the butter, caster sugar, orange peel lemon, vanilla, egg, stirring until blended. Enter the milk, stirring until the dough is soft and pliable.
  2. Trimmed dough 1 cm thick, cut with cooking cutter mold diameter 5 cm, place on a baking sheet give a distance in between.
  3. Bake in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until cake is cooked. Remove and let cool.
  4. Take 1 piece of cake, spread with whipped whipping cream, give a piece of strawberry fruit, cover with a piece of cake. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
