Ingredients:
- ½ kg of shrimp head waste wash it clean
- 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal
Spices:
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 5 red onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 50 g red pepper curly (optional)
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- 1 cm turmeric
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
- 1 cm ginger
- ½ tsp sugar (can use can not depending on taste)
- ¼ teaspoon MSG what if like (not recommended)
- 2 eggs hazelnut
How to make:- Stir-fry ground ingredients until fragrant and then enter the lemongrass, salam leaves, galangal and stir.
- After that a new input shrimp and soy sauce, stir cook until cooked through and the water is dry / thickens.
