Ingredients:
  • 500 gr squid
  • 2 pieces of white tofu
  • 1 whole egg, beaten
  • 1 piece of tomato, sliced
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 / 2 galangal
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
Spices that are:
  • 3 cloves Shallots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
Method:
  1. Clean the squid.
  2. Puree tofu, mix with egg, salt and pepper to taste, fill into the squid and then peg with lidi, after it steamed about 25 minutes until cooked.
